Check for the list below :

1. Device Type should be "Cisco 2800 Series"
2. Category should be "Router"
3. Device icon should have a blue star on the top right hand corner in the Router List View page.
4. In the device snapshot page, CPU Usage(5 Mins), Cisco Memory Utilization, Temperature monitors should be associated to the device and should be listed in the Monitors section.
