How do i monitor DFS VOLUMES?

When I discover the server it will show my drives (C and E) however we also mount full drives as folders using DFS.

For example E:\DATA is an actual hard disk on our SAN

How do i monitor and report on this? I can monitor using WMI but that will only give you snapshot.

I want to keep history and trend on the free disk space. (in %)

Please let me know if this is supported and if so how to configure it.
