Multiple email addresses for fetching
I was wondering if you could implement this idea.
We have a division system administrators and a application
administrators. Both of these to have access to ServiceDesk.
And for about a week or 2 we are using the mail fetching option.
But its only possible to do this for 1 mail address. Is it possible to do this for 2??
And when the emails are fetched a
support group is added to the call.
