Multiple requests

Hi,

We started implementing SDP+MSP and we ran into a few problems, so I would like to make a few feature requests.

- allow login with domain\username format, and ditch the "log on to" dropbox:
Exactly the same thing happened when Microsoft moved from XP to Vista, domain selector was gone and you had to type in the domain. This way we do not have to publicly display our internal domain names, also, the users won't get confused by having to select local authentication or a domain. (If user does not use the domain\username format, just the username, then local authentication is implied).

- allow forcing self service portal users to change password, or make the default password random:
Whenever a new requester is auto created by email submission, they get a notification by email with their portal logon credentials. Their default user is their email and the password is also their email. This is very insecure, so the password should be changed asap. Please make an option to force new users to change their initial password. Also, the initial password should be random and not their email.

- self service login notification with account specific login URL:
The self service portal notification email contains the logon URL. However it does not include the account specific login url, so every new requesters get the base, MSP account's logon URL in the mail. If the new requester got auto assigned to an account, their specific logon url should be provided in the mail. If the MSP account has local authentication disabled, they wont even be able to log into the portal.

- self service notification for AD imported requesters with correct password information:
After enabling self service portal logon notification and importing requesters from the AD, every user got a notification email with their credentials. However, while their username was correct (altough missing the domain name part), their password information was also their username which is incorrect. The password field should be a hint to use their domain logon account's password. Also, username should be in the format of domain\username (refering to my first feature request), or at least give a hint, to select the right domain.

Thank you.
