NetFlow Analyzer 12, "No Data"

Downloaded the free version.  Getting "No Data".

Used Wireshark to confirm that netflow packets are being received on the correct port: 9996.

Used SysInternals TCPView to confirm that java.exe is listening on that port.

Netflow (version 9) packets are being from a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X.

Is there a next step I can take to debug the problem?  Is there, for example, a way to see if the NetFlow data is being accepted by the java code?  I've had issues with other Netflow ingestors failing to parse the EdgeRouter's periodic Netflow template packets.
