NetFlow Analyzer build 7002

I just upgraded my install and now, none of my IP groups show any data.  All of them are showing data leading up the upgrade but a blank after that.

Also, probably related, I cannot add new IP groups or modify existing ones (with the exception of deleting).  If I attempt to add new or modify old, when I hit 'save' it takes me to a blank screen.

Hi,

Apologize for the inconvenience. If you are using NetFlow Analyzer Enterprise Edition and facing this issue after upgrade, kindly follow the below given steps and send us the logs and contact details to netflowanalyzer-eesupport@manageengine.com. We will analyze the logs and get back to you.

Steps to generate log :-

1. stop the NetFlow Analyzer Central server service.

2. Navigate to the NetFlow Central installation directory <NetFlowCentral_Home>\troubleshooting

3. Execute the "LogZipUtil.bat/.sh in case of linux" which will create a Zip file under <NetFlowCentral_Home>\support

4. Send us the zip file, if the file is above 2 MB, please upload the log file on the following link.
