Apologize for the inconvenience. If you are using NetFlow Analyzer Enterprise Edition and facing this issue after upgrade, kindly follow the below given steps and send us the logs and contact details to netflowanalyzer-eesupport@manageengine.com. We will analyze the logs and get back to you.
Steps to generate log :-
1. stop the NetFlow Analyzer Central server service.
2. Navigate to the NetFlow Central installation directory <NetFlowCentral_Home>\troubleshooting
3. Execute the "LogZipUtil.bat/.sh in case of linux" which will create a Zip file under <NetFlowCentral_Home>\support
4. Send us the zip file, if the file is above 2 MB, please upload the log file on the following link.
http://bonitas.zohocorp.com/upload/ [select Netflow Analyzer Enterprise Edition in the 'send to' address box and also enter your email address in the 'Your Email Address' box ]
