Netflow Analyzer Message V9 flows of unknown template are received from for Fortigate 60C
Hi,
I am using evaluation of netflow analyzer 11 for my fortigate 60C firewall to export the traffic details and I have updated the fortigate version from 5.0 to 5.2.3 for netflow support now I am getting the warning like V9 flows of unknown template are received from message on top of the window every time and after clearing the message also getting the same warning and the traffic details are showing incorrect because my bandwidth is 1mbps and graph is showing 2mbps also I am not getting proper graph for Ingress bandwidth.Kindly suggest how to rectify this issue.
