NetFlow Install error

after installing netflow plug-in on opmanager and i try to open it, i receive that erro on my browser under opmanager taskbar:

after installing netflow plug-in on opmanager and i try to open it, i receive that erro on my browser under opmanager taskbar:
There was an error connecting to rm - opmanager : 8080 .
SSL received a packet that exceeds the maximum allowable size .
( Error code : SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG )
i've also enabled ssl with running command ssl_gen.bat
