New features: Support for Microsoft Lync, Dynamics CRM, Jetty Application Server, Hardware Monitoring and more!

In addition to the latest ADDM feature, we have added monitoring support for a host of other features as well. 

Here are the benefits of monitoring these features, using Applications Manager.

  1.   Increase your firm’s ROI and ensure peak performance of MS Dynamics CRM, by determining denial of service attacks, tracking web services and ensuring proper sync with Outlook services. 

2.  Protect your hardware components from malfunctioning, before it affects the applications running on them , by monitoring vital parameters like voltage, wattage ratings, CPU fan speed, memory and processor details, etc. 

3. Promote collaboration in your firm and provide better service quality, via Lync Messaging Server by monitoring its core activities ( performance of Front end , edge, mediation and conferencing servers) and checking for bottlenecks in communication.  

4. Optimize end user experience and avoid downtimes using Jetty application server by tracking thread pool exhaustion, memory and CPU usage to ensure its availability.

Enhancement to web services monitoring 

Apart from these features, web services now support XSLT, where in users get to view the desired response ( transformed by XSLT) for a particular SOAP Request/Operation and generate alerts for content by adding personalized content checks .
