New service pack upgrade.
Hello Everyone,
I have build no 91113 for Desktop Central and trying to upgrade to the latest service pack 92000. I have stopped all services but now when installing i get the error " Postgres DB migration failed. The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. close the folder or file and try again. I have nothing open and i verified through task manager. Still same issue
