New Task in Home Screen, Group can't be assigned, Task not accessible anymore

Now in build 9208 there is a new problem with the tasks.
If I create a new task in the home screen (without linking it to a request) it's not possible to access it anymore after I created it, because it's not possible to choose the support group.
Our technicians only have acces to their support groups.
I reported a similar problem 10 Nov 2015 but now it is even worse!
