New to Desktop Central

Hi I am new to desktop central and was hoping you can help me.


I am trying to create a helpdesk procedure with desktop central.


I know  that a user  will have a client in their machine that they can click and send email to a mailbox. (the support mailbox)

I am now looking at where these tickets are saved. ( I know it reaches the email inbox but would like to see a console of a page where every ticket is logged).

Any help would be appreciated.
