I'm trying to roll out a package for a specific department in my company. I got the package attached to the configuration and everything looks good. I'm able to select the department I want to deploy it to under the correct domain as well. When I do inevitably click on the deploy button to start the process the configuration details come up with a "no targets available" message and then it'll just sit there at the "Ready to execute" status until I either suspend the configuration, delete it, or try to modify it. 

It's more than likely that I am probably doing something wrong here and I can't figure it out. Any and all help would be appreciated. Here's a screenshot for reference.
