Note receiving notifications when a note is added
Hi
Just like the title says really...
I have the notification "Alert(or Notify) Support Rep by Email when there is a new reply from the contact" checked but I'm not getting an email when the contact adds a note to the request.
All other notifications are working as expected.
Any advice gratefully received.
