Notification of requestor when a request is put on hold

When a technician puts a request on hold, it would be ideal if the requestor could be notified automatically.  The best option I see is to use the "Acknowledge Requestor by Email when the Request is Updated."

It is important to notify a requestor regarding the reasons a request has been delayed.
