Notification Profiles email issue

Notification Profiles email issue

Hello,

I am trying to configure the notification profiles with email alerts. I went into Admin > Mail Server Settings and configured everything. Did the TEST MAIL at the bottom and was successful. When I go to the Alarms > Notification profiles and try doing the test from there it fails with error "Exception occurred while executing send email action. Please verify settings for the same"

Any ideas?
