Notifications for technicians when updating request with Worklog, tasks, notes, outgoing mail, updating worklog, updating task etc.

Hi, why does not notification rules > “Send notification to technician(s) when request in this group is updated” include the following type of updates:

 

  • ·         Adding note
  • ·         Adding worklog
  • ·         Adding task
  • ·         Outgoing mail
  • ·         Updating worklog
  • ·         Updating task
  • ·         Status resolved

 

The only notifications that are sent out to the technicians in the group selected, are changes being made within the request detail fields. (Example: Impact, urgency, status: New, in progress; change of technician).

Why isn’t additional notifications mentioned above added when requests are updated? Is it possible to implement this or help us add/ edit this functionality as soon as possible regaring what type of updates are included in the "notifications to technicians when request is updated"?
