Notify requester when a request is assigned to a technician.

Need new notification
"Notify requester when a request is assigned to a technician"

If I select "notify requester after request update is made" every time I made a change in request (my tech are using quick update option in request - see img) - every time notification is send. Requesters gets angry ;))
