Open request on behalf of another requester
We have situations where a supervisor might raise a request for equipment on behalf of one of their staff members or a colleague will open a request on behalf of another colleague because their laptop is dead. Perhaps an admin assistant opens a request on behalf of an executive.
I would ask consideration of the addition of an "On Behalf Of" field that is completed with a valid requester. The implications of how this would be used on a request vs. and incident would need to be vetted but seems helpful.
