OpManager 11600, user can't authenticate via Active Directory

OpManager 11600, user can't authenticate via Active Directory

Hi,
as per the title, I configured the Active Directory domain, and added a few AD users, but all I see is an "Error!" page instead of a successful logon. I tried following the logs while trying the procedure, all I see is

  1. ==> opmanager_serverOut12.txt <==
  2. 15:04:40:081 ServerOut: User Name for AD Auth in LoginAction ::: user.name
  3. 15:04:40:081 ServerOut: Domain Name for AD Auth in LoginAction ::: DOMAINNAME

Doing a tcpdump from the host shows that there's no communication attempt from opmanager and the IP of the configured Domain Controller.

Is there any way to increase logging or know what's going on? Perhaps using a RADIUS server?
