OpManager 12.2 session timeout not working

Hi,

I have OpManager 12.2 Central Server & Probes installed on our network and I'm attempting to set a session timeout, so the user is logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

I achieved this in ServiceDesk Plus by editing the session-timeout attribute in 'ServiceDesk\server\default\conf\web.xml'. However a similar approach does not work for OpManager.

The auto-refresh interval has also been disabled but this hasn't helped. How do I set a session timeout for all users in OpManager?
