Opmanager VMWare OVA install. No webpage?

Very new to this product, but was looking to eval for a few customers. I have downloaded the free ova tool of Opmanager, watched the install which went fine. Logged into the Suse desktop, which also seems ok.
However when I try an connect to the ip of the server on port http://10.0.0.47:8060/ I get nothing?
IP without a port give me access denied, so it seem the webserver is running?
Have I missed something? as I found the instructions very hard to find for this OVA
