Option to auto-fill requester name and email to fields in incident template

Hi!

We have an number of part-time, and nightshift workers calling in requests and incidents. These users have no AD user (and should not have), so we log these cases to their foreman and send notification emails to managers.

Is there any way to autofill recipient name and Email-to-notify fields when creating incident templates?
