Polled Attribute Data is not being Persisted, Reporting not working correctly
Our AppManager11 server appears to not be persisting polled attribute data for some of our monitors. When viewing a monitors polled atribute data from the monitor page, and when we click on a 7 or 30 button to view the report for historicals on the polled data, the page says "No data is available from X - Y" but when we switch the view using the drop down box in the "History Data" page from "Last 7 Days" to "Show Polled Data" we can see there is data available.
We did review this FAQ question titled "No reports generated for icons representing 7 and 30 days. Also, in Reports screen, on clicking on any attribute for reports, it displays a message, "No Data available to generate Reports for the specified time period". In response to this we waited for a few days but we still have the same issue.
We also tried restoring the reporting capability by restoring from backup using the "RestorePGSQLDB.sh" script in the bin directory. The restore finished successfully but reporting is still not receiving data.
Any Ideas?
