I've noticed a small quirk when adding a new cost centre, using Internet Explorer, just for one technician (the main user of our purchase module).

After adding the cost centre there are no error messages, but then it does not appear in the list.

Adding a cost centre works fine in Chrome.

Using IE 11.

The cache is regularly cleared.

We're on ServiceDesk version 9039, but this has been happening for several versions prior.

Any ideas?
