We have configured the Audit settings in our ServiceDesk Plus 7.0 Build 7022, which should automatically add new workstations every 5 days.
This seems not to work, as the System Log contains the following entry (every 5 days):
For the affected domain, the settings under "Windows Domain Scan" are all correct - when I start a manual scan with the predefined settings, it works just fine.
Any clues on this? Thank you.

The schedule scan being unresponsive was an issue in the build 7022 and was fixed,so please upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue.
