Problem with Desktop Central Patches and ESE Endpoint AV missing updates

We're encountering with a problem with patches. Our corp antivirus is NOD32 and have one functionality that shows us missing updates on OS. For a few weeks Desktop Central shows all clients are updated but our AV tells us that no, that are missing updates on our Systems. I've looked at db patch to see if it was updated and finally i've looked for the KB missing on my Desktop Central DB.

And the fact is that those KB are not on Desktop Central Database so I suspect that are still not implemented (I've automated Deployment of new patches).

Some of faulty patches are KB2878281, KB2553347, KB2760598, KB2810073, KB2883100 and SP2 of MSOffice 2010 KB2687555 and many recommended Windows 8.1 Updates.
