Problems and errors gettign full use of the ADMANAGER PLUS app on both iPhone and Droid Phones

I have ADMANAGER Plus installed on my domain and from the web portal it works fine and without issue, However when I try to use the App (either with the internal or external IP address I get only partially function and errors. 

This is replicable on HTC One M9 (droid) and iPhone 6 and 6s


Issue description:

Once the installed on the device I can enter either our internal or external address for this function along with the appropriate port and hit save.

The server name is verified and it jumps to the login screen.

At the log in screen it defaults to the "ADMANAGER Plus Authentication"  admin account (password auto populated)  The Domain Drop down my domain is visible and I am able to select it. At this point no registered domain account can log In and any attempt receives the "Invalid Username or Password" error.  I can However log in if I just hit log in with the auto-populated default admin account (not a domain account configured for ADMANAGER).

Once logged on as the default admin:

 If I click on All Users, it processes for a second and the pops up a list of all my users.  If I click on any user it shows the details for the account but it shows them ALL to be both locked and expired.  However if I click the check box for an account I have access to all the tools and can use the tools (unlock an account I already know is locked for example) but the status of the account when checked doesn't change.  So in short I can make changes to account here But It won't show me the changes I've made.

If I click on ANY of the other options in the main screen (Locked users, Disabled users, Password Expired Users, Inactive users, All requests) I get the following error: "Unable to Contact ADMANAGER PLUS Server" and in red text on the screen "No users found"

If I click on the options menu in the bottom right corner (to log out or exit) at the main screen the App crashes with the following error: Unfortunately, AD Manager Plus has Stopped.


Summary of issue I need resolved/answers about:

Domain accounts setup for use with ADmanager can't log into the app at all

In the All Users option I'm not getting up to date information on any user account (but can make changes)

None of the other options in the app work

The settings option crashes the app at the main screen.


Basically I have a bare minimum of functionality and more than a bit of frustration with a component that was a key reason for implementing this software, please assist.
