I used to be able to easily create new technical assistance cases using the form that is linked from within the DC Support page. However, I am not able to create cases at the moment. Whenever I complete the form and hit the Submit button, the form simply reloads empty. There is no confirmation that the case submission was successful and I receive no case confirmation email. I have DC installed at a couple of different sites, for different companies, and it is failing at all of them.
I tried calling your Australian toll-free support line, but only got the "Desktop Center team" voicemail.
