Problems since upgrading to 11200

Last week I upgraded to v11200. Since then I don't seem to be getting as many alerts as I did previously. I would normally see around 30 alerts each morning but now I only have a few. Another problem is that for one server we have automation configured to restart a service when it fails, this no longer seems to happen.

There seems to be large gaps in alerting for example if I look at my disk space, I don't seem to get any readings after 14:00 in the afternoon, until around 21:00.

Edit: Under Windows Server Monitors for the particular service, the check box 'Do this action if service is unavailable' was unchecked. I have since checked it and we will see if it resolves the issue however, only the update will have removed the option.
