Project Report with Comments

I would like a report that shows the project with the comments for the project. For now I only want to include the comments for the project, and not the milestones or tasks associated with the project.
I would also like the report to only show requests that are "Open", "On Hold", or "Work in Progress". Please have the report ordered by Scheduled Start Time.
Fields I would like to include:
