Purchase of Microsoft Office OEM & OPEN Licenses

Hi there,

I need to order a number of licenses from the Purchase module however some are OEM and some are OPEN type licenses. When adding the line, it reads the name 'Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013' which is what is needed when receiving the software, and it creating a license which we can then allocate to an installation of the mentioned software.

The problem I'm now facing, is that when ordering OEM and OPEN, they are both different pricing. How will I work around this, when ordering them on the same PO? Is this literally not possible? Has anyone else experienced this and approached it in a different way? It seems strange to not be able to add in both OEM and OPEN type licenses to a PO as two separate lines.

I added software under custom names in the past, ie. 'Office 2013 Standard OEM' and 'Office 2013 Standard OPEN' and when it came to receiving these licenses, and then trying to allocate them to installations, ServiceDesk Plus obviously didn't see any software under those mentioned names on people's scanned software, proving it very hard to manage.

I hope someone can assist here, this is causing a large problem for me as we are beginning to order PC's and licenses for the Windows XP -> Windows 7 upgrade and have already encountered problems.
