I recently added some technicians to the Service Desk Plus, but when I go to the group section in the admin's page, the newly added technicians do not show in the list. Could I get assistance with this?

When you add a Technician make sure you associate him to the Sites he should belong to under the option "Associate the site(s) with Technician" . And later when you goto Groups,the respective technician shows up only under the Groups associated to the specific Sites he is assigned to.
