Remote Control in Service Desk Plus

Dears, 

I am using Helpdesk and trying to use remote control. But I am facing problem with the configuration of remote agent in firewall. Is there any list of ports that I need to enable on the firewall ? Also, if there is any proper configuration documentation please share it.
