I cannot remote to any Computer.

Tested telnet (telnet ip port) all worked

cleaned JAVA temp items

RDP works

Symantec Endpoint Protection, Been using this for years now and created exceptions

I have updated to the latest Desktop Central

do not know what to look for in the logs

Please advise
