I don't know if you have updated your core Zoho and forgotten DC, but if a high-res laptop is plugged into a normal monitor, the laptop screen is practically useless due to DC's Zoho agent not identifying the new windows scaling. An easy way to reproduce is on a dual-monitor PC: set primary monitor DPI to 100% scaling, and secondary monitor to 150% scaling.
