I would like to remove an AD group to save licenses from Expired users

I can get a CSV file containing Account Expired users from AD Manager.

Uploading that CSV file with UserprincipalName attribute to AD Manager I can remove a AD Group from those accounts. 

Will that be possible to do as an automated procedure?
