I am trying to find a way to run a report that can take the history of an asset, and show location changes over the last month for all assets. Something that might show like this.

 

"Resource Name" Changed from "WKS Location 1" to "WKS Location 2" on "Date"

 

It would also be nice if the original asset cost could be added, but that is not quite a necessity as of now.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
