Hi,

Please generate the Report by following the below steps:

Report 1:

Step 1:

Clicking Report Tab => New Custom Report:

Step 2:

Give the valid Report Title and Choose Report Type as Matrix Reports,Module as Requests and Click Proceed to Report Wizard>>.

Step 3:

Click Advanced Tab => choose columns as Created Time => Date Format => Month

Step 4:

Group By Request Mode => Summarized Column by Count => Of Request ID

And then Group By Category , then Group By Sub category and then group by item

Step 5:

Click Filter Options , Date Filter (For e.g Created time filtered through during Options or by specifying range as From Date and To Date )

Include the step if needed.

Step 6:

Advanced Filtering => Give Column Name (For e.g Group ) & Specify Criteria as is & Select the values from the picklist

Include the step if needed.

Step 7:

Save the above report by specifying the valid title and report folder and also opt the type of report (public or private)

Step 8:

You can also automatically shedule on daily or weekly or monthly basis by giving valid report name, folder and format along with valid e-mail id. Finally save all the changes.
