Reports Help!

Hello all!

We are looking to create a few reports that show any Requester who has elevated access to view requests above the default.  This is denoted in the Requester Details under Department Details and Requester allowed to view.

We would like to see:
* any requester who can view their Departments tickets
* any requester who can view their Sites tickets
* any requester who can view ALL tickets
