I have been asked whether SD+ can have a link to / include attached process documents to each function. So, Requests tab would have a link to the Incident Management / Request Fulfilment processes, Problems, to Problem Management, etc so that people could easily access the documentation. Even a link to a particular Solutions document would suffice.
Is that possible, or could it be added to the roadmap?
