request with no site associated
Is there a way to make one of the following happen.
- Allow a non administrative user to be able to see these.
- Auto assign any ticket to say an unknown site if one isn't filled in or if it sits with no site for say 5 minutes.
- Allow the creation of a business rule that can assign it to a site
- send an alert that there is a request with no site filled in
