I use the trial version 8. In some cases, the reset email and the email of creation of password of service desk plus msp don't arrive to inbox(I see the junk too) mail.
I tried with emails @live, @empresa.com, etc. Emails with my @mybusiness.com arrived, but of my clients, @gmail, @yahoo, @hotmail dont arrived. Whats is the problem?
In the register, show me error for reset:
