Hi,
We have been developing a Outlook Add-in called V-Technician that allows a technician
to work with his requests and more from with in Outlook.
we have add some feature requests to also connect to OpManager for companies that are using both Service Desk Plus and OpManager,

So basically the what we have been asked to do and have already done is allow the Technician to view active alarms and clear,delete,Acknowlage and Unacknowledged the alarms.


NOW FINALLY FOR THE QUESTIONS :)
Is it not possible to have a API for each user to know who performed the action ?
The only API key I see in OpManager is under Admin -> Rest API
