Roaming Users
Trying to get our external laptop users hooked in. I've got Desktop Central set-up in the manner below.
Could someone tell me what settings I need to change in order to get this done?
Because of the nature of our business I cannot allow direct access to the Central Server from the internet.
The traffic has to go through the DMZ and I cannot place the Central server in the DMZ due to network routing requirements.
I can see traffic into the DMZ from the Internet but I get no notification that the system is on line. (Agent Live Status never changes)
