Scanned Software Installation Counts

Referring to a previous post from long ago,  http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/scanned-software-counts, I am still finding this issue in the latest version of SDP.
 
For example, in the Scanned Software list it shows there are 42 installations of DropBox on our network.  Yet when I click on the number 42 to view the installations, there are only 19.
 
For some other software installations, it has also shown 1 installation but when I click on the number there are actually no installations at all.
 
What's going on?  Is it still a registry key issue on the workstation(s)?
