Scheduled CSV User Imports
Hello,
We are having issues setting up scheduled csv user imports and are not sure where it is failing. 'CSVUserImportSchedule' is enabled and user fields have been mapped in 'ScheduledCSVUserImportMapping.xml'.
Per this previous thread (
https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/scheduled-import) we are unable to locate the ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\default\logs folder. We did see a logs folder in
ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\, but it was empty. Is there another location where the serverout logs can be found?
We are using v9029.
