Scheduled reports don't run after service stop/restart on v9.3.9303

Hi,

We have an urgent issue with ServiceDesk Plus in that every time we stop or restart the windows service the scheduled reports all stop running. I’m running v9.3.9303 and build 9304’s release notes doesn’t mention anything about this being fixed. This happened on Friday last week but we only noticed it this morning.
