Scheduled Reports - Emailed URL Error, and Scheduled Report Request

When I emailed a report, which was stored on server, with URL sent in email, the link in the email is pointing to the wrong port.

Desktop Central is installed to port 8383   the link is specifying  8020, which results in a "This page can't be displayed.

Custom Report Request:

I've been asked to produce a scheduled patch report "for servers" , to replace the report we currently email to the server support group, from WSUS.  Also I'd like to email just "desktops" patch status, to the desktop support group.   I don't see a way in DTC, to customize a report, to include Operating system is like, or = etc.   I would request to select

- by operating system,

-by domain
