Sender name on outgoing emails
Hi,
Under Admin -> Mail server settings -> outgoing, I can specify the Sender name.
But is it possible to have the sender name to be the name of the technician replying/forwarding an email, but the email address to be the system address (the one being picked up by SDP+)?
